Sundar was neatly dressed. He was waiting for an interview. When he was called in and seated, the officer said, “I am very particular about cleanliness.” “Yes sir, me too,” replied Sundar. “Hope you wiped your shoes in the footrug at the door, before entering the room,” the officer said. “Yes sir, nicely,” said Sundar.
“I am also very particular about truthfulness. There is no footrug at the door. You may go,” the officer said.
Truthfulness will earn the goodwill of people for you.
