A frog was jumping his way to a river on a hot road. It looked around for a shade to cool his soles for a few minutes. Finally he found a small shade of a cobra’s hood. The snake was about swallow the frog when the frog said, “Anyway I am going to die in this hot sun. Instead, if I satisfy your hunger, at least you will live. So please eat me.” The snake was very moved by the kindness of the frog and lowered its head. “Please climb on me. I will take you to the river,” said the snake. It carried the frog to the river and waved good-bye.
