Some disciples were meditating on the shores of the Ganges. Suddenly there was a cry, “Help, help.” Nobody opened his eyes. They were concentrating on meditation. But one disciple ran towards the voice. A boy was drowning. The disciple plunged in and brought the boy to the shore.
When the meditation was over other disciples accused him for improper meditation. But their Guru said, “Nothing is more important than helping one in trouble. It is the best way to show your love for God.”
