A poor man went to heaven. He was well received by angels and shown his mansion. He lived there happily and contentedly.
One day there was a stirring in heaven. Thousands of angels gathered with much pomp and show. Bands played and garlands were ready to receive the entrant. The poor man watched as a rich man was welcomed into heaven with rejoicing and show.
The poor man asked an angel, “Why this partiality?” The angel replied, “O, that, here we receive poor people every day. But rich people entering heaven is a rare occasion. That’s why all this celebration.”
It is hard for rich people to enter into heaven. Beware of riches. Don’t worry if you are poor.
