A Sunday class student asked the teacher, “Sir, how can I put away bad thoughts from my mind?” The teacher thought for a while and brought a pot. He asked the students, “What is inside the pot?” All cried in unison “Nothing.” “No,” said the teacher, “there is something inside.” Then they all cried again, “Air.” “Good,” said the teacher, “now how to empty the pot of the air?” The students had no answer. “Think” said the teacher. Then one student said, “Fill it up with water?” “Correct,” said the teacher, “You are right. That is exactly what you do to get rid of bad thoughts. Fill your mind with good thoughts and the bad with automatically go away.” Learn to think good thoughts all the time.
