A little boy went to the shop with his mother. The shop keeper liked the little boy’s decent behaviour. He opened the toffee bottle and asked the boy to take a handful. The boy refused. The shop keeper and the mother coaxed him. Yet he refused. So the shop keeper put in his hand and took a handful of toffees and gave him. The boy happily accepted the toffees. At home the mother asked him for an explanation. What he said stunned his mother. “Amma, see how small my hands are. If I take, I will get only a few. His hand is so big. See how much I have got now.” We try our best in this world to get this or gain that. But God said, “First seek My things and My righteousness. And I will give you that and much more.” God’s blessing hands are very big.
