Lyla looked at the patient up and down. He looked normal. She floundered. When the professor came she had no answer. “I don’t know sir,” she muttered.
She found out later what the disease was. He was a treated case of leprosy with no signs or symptoms. You give ten rupees to the attender and he would tell you it was a case of leprosy. All those who diagnosed the patient as a case of leprosy got zero marks for the case. Those who could not diagnose got full marks.
Failure is not a shame if you are honest. Dishonest victory is shame.
