A grandfather used to take his grandkids for a walk along the mango grove. He would pluck the fruits eaten by squirrels and birds and give to the children.
Once at home, the children would talk among themselves, “See our grandfather, he gives us the bitten fruits so that he can sell all the good ones in the market and make money.”
One day they decided to broach the subject to their grandpa. The grandpa sweetly smiled and said: “Birds and squirrels know which are the sweetest fruits. The ones bitten by them are the tastiest. That’s why I give them to you.” The children were ashamed
to have misunderstood their grandpa’s love.
Grandparents are God-given blessings to you. They love you. Though you may not like it when they correct you, they do the best for you.
