A man contracted an incurable disease. He went from doctor to doctor in search of cure. Finally one doctor promised to cure him. He gave a potion and said: “Drink one teaspoon of this potion every day and you will be alright within a short period. But the only
condition is that you should not think of a monkey when you drink it.”
“No problem,” said the man and he happily went home. The next morning he took the bottle. Immediately, the thought of the monkey struck him. He decided to start the treatment the next day. He could not succeed.
Our mind is very corrupt. It thinks bad thoughts. We think only what we don’t want to think. Only God can help us think clean. Commit your thoughts to Him and seek His help. He will cleanse you in and out.
