A young man wanted to be baptized and got into the water.
The pastor was about to baptize him when he said, “Pastor, please wait. I need to go outside for a minute.” The pastor asked him the matter. He replied, “I forgot to leave my money purse outside. It is in my pocket. I want to leave it out and come.”
“Don’t worry,” said the pastor, “your money purse also needs to be baptized.”
When you become a Christian, your money needs to be committed to God.
